ArtVinegar is a DIY kit with a glass bottle for making imperfect fruits into healthy vinegar. Consumers can choose unappealing or perishing fruits at the supermarket produce section, produce markets or small farmers markets and the vinegar flavor they like. A manual is included. The glass bottle can be brought to the sales outlets for recycling. Food waste is minimized, and sustainability is promoted.

App finds options based on the phone's condition and then installs custom OS designed to optimize phone for its new function. User places the phone in the case where it becomes the heart of a new product. ReCover helps users to save phones from the landfill and acquire new useful products for less. Manufacturers can profit from old devices by providing subscription services with no new hardware development.

Its purpose was using resources from nature to create materials with the possibility of a positive sustainable impact on the future of design. The results are extracted fungi materials and biodegradable biopolymers used in implementations for fashion design techniques such as up-cycling and embroidery, accessory design and paper production. The most interesting find of the project was the use of amadou inside the fungus that could be used as organic leather with limited negative environmental impact.

There are 3-6 billion plastic straws that end up in the garbage every day worldwide. The amount thrown away is roughly equivalent to the weight of 500 orca whales. So good, that finally there will be a ban on plastic drinking straws in the EU in 2021. The big Five! With the Design Drinking Set - consisting of five glass straws - we are making a striking statement. Each straw was engraved gracefully and individually. Five straws - 5 cities - 5 ornaments.
Continue readingThe ten packagings in the series are designed to be suitable as gift packagings and to provide a pleasing unboxing experience. Each box has a stripe pattern printed on it, which is repeated on the sleeve that closes the box. The cardboard parts of the box, as well as the sleeve and a brochure, are made of recycled cardboard. A bagasse paper tray is used to protect and present the contents. The complete packagings in this series can be disposed of in paper recycling bins.
Continue readingThe exhibition was at Mountain Alishan, a famous tourist attraction in Taiwan, which combines arts with the Taiwanese traditional tea industry. The cross-sections cooperation of this exhibition could bring out the new business module. On each package, tourists can see different expressions conveying the same theme, "Taiwan." Immersing in the beautiful scenery of Taiwan, visitors could have a deeper understanding of Taiwanese tea culture and industry.
